It has been very exciting to experience various roles and functions over the past 11 years at Schneider Electric, both within Thailand and the East Asia region. I was given many opportunities to learn, explore, and most importantly, to thrive in a good work environment Schneider Electric has provided an environment allowed for my self-development and success.

I have been with the company for 18+ years and am still getting opportunities to upgrade myself. What I enjoy the most about working here is the “Learn Everyday” attitude that helps me cultivate my skills & knowledge. Our corporate culture that embraces Diversity & Inclusion is another area that I am extremely proud. We continuously strive to support women leaders, showing our commitment to promote growth and professionalism.

Ever since I started at Schneider Electric under the Graduate Program, working here is unlike working at any ordinary organisation. In my first year, I have encountered many challenges and new lessons to learn from. Here, I am able to pursue my goals and enhance my creativity while being in a supportive environment where my leader and colleagues are willing to support me in my career growth.
